Replacement and Refund Policy
To provide the best customer service, all your purchases from the “EGIC” online store are redeemable and refundable under these terms:
The product can be exchanged or refunded if the customer cancels the order before shipping the product, and the product can be replaced within a maximum of 3 days in case of a factory defect provided that an email is sent to info@egic.com.sa explaining the reason for the replacement order within 3 days of receiving the product.
If the customer purchases the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to refund the amount, the compensation will be made by returning payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card that was purchased by, and the refund period is subject to the bank’s policy (or electronic payment broker) provided by the service.
